This code prohibits any direct communication between influencers and businesses without prior notification to and through DM Management. This policy helps us maintain transparency and integrity while providing the best possible service to all parties.

Our experienced administrators are responsible for managing and controlling all data with the utmost care. We adhere to strict protocols for data access, storage, and sharing, ensuring that all information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially. We collect data primarily to personalize your experience, provide customized promotional offers, and maintain effective communication. You can request to export or delete your data at any time, and we will process your request promptly and confidentially.

 

Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. If you are unhappy with our services, we offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible purchases.

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, with a valid reason for dissatisfaction. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@dmmgmt.uk. The client must have adhered to all terms and conditions of the service agreement.

  • Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to services already rendered or partially completed, requests made after 7 days, or those not meeting the eligibility criteria.

  • Contract Breach: Terminating the contract prematurely may result in a penalty fee of 20% of the initial payment.

  • Refund Process: Eligible refund requests will be processed within 14 days of approval via the original payment method.
